Duties:


  • Performs intelligence systems integration and technical support assignments with the predominating emphasis of work on target development, effects integration, and assessment.
  • Conduct target list management and providing Joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic targeting.
  • Develops standard targeting intelligence methods and is responsible for developing emerging targeting methods to keep pace with adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.

Conditions of Employment:


  • Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
  • In accordance with Change 3 to AR 60085, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
  • Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligencescope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a preappointment and periodic basis.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance based on a T5 investigation/Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
  • Requires Temporary Duty (TDY) travel up to 20% of the time.
  • This position is considered Emergency-Essential (E-E) in support of the Army's mobilization and wartime mission. Please see Qualification section for additional information.

  • Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligencerelated research, analysis, collections and /or operations. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled.

This experience should demonstrate:

Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle, and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics, and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures, and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting, and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.

Please Note

  • If an employee brings a child to an overseas location and that child is entitled to attend a DoD school on a spacerequired basis in accordance with DoDEA Regulation , the DoDEA and the Military Department responsible for providing related services will ensure that the child, if eligible for special education, receives a free appropriate public education, including related services pursuant to DoDI and DoDM
  • If an employee brings an infant or toddler (up to 3 years of age) to an overseas location, and that infant or toddler, but for the child's age, is entitled to attend the DoDEA on a spacerequired basis in accordance with DoDEA Regulation , then the Military Department responsible for Early Intervention Services (EIS) will provide the infant or toddler with the required EIS in accordance with the eligibility criteria consistent with DoDI and DoDM
  • Employees (and family members) who require medical or dental care in the overseas location will be responsible for obtaining and paying for such care. Access for civilian employees and their families to military medical and dental treatment facilities is on a spaceavailable and reimbursable basis only.
  • This position is considered Emergency-Essential (E-E) in support of the Army's mobilization and wartime mission during periods of increased tension and mobilization and could be assigned to any location worldwide. The incumbent must sign DD Form 2365, stating as a condition of employment, the conditions described above and the requirement to maintain certain levels of medical, including the anthrax vacc
