The future looks like you:

The Marketplace Operation team supports many areas of the business and is responsible for administering several systems and their data integrity.

The workload is a mix of daily operational support and special projects, all with the goal of driving continuous process improvement helping the Marketplace operation succeed and operate smoothly.

In the Marketplace Operation Team you will be working daily with many teams, both internal and external, to support the back-end systems and processes that are the foundation of our Marketplace Operation, our ERP solution and the integrations to and from.

Your responsibilities:

Support close activities in areas related to cash, revenue, inventory analysis with preparation, review and/or approval of journal entries, running reports, SAP clearing, month end closing
Monitoring of the marketplace interface to ensure quality, on time relevant information is in place to secure transparency and visibility for internal partners
Perform and/or review ERP Data records to ensure correct reconciliations for key financial statement line items
Support coordination with logistics, marketplace team and platforms (Zalando & Amazon) to optimize operational integrations & processes with our 3rd Party Logistic
Support the rollout of new processes, analytical tools, and solutions, providing training on when and how they should be used

What you bring:

Enrolled student (M/F/d) in Business Management, Finance, IT, Operations or similar
First experiences with SAP (ideally modules MM and SD)
Process chain understanding (ideally Merchandise Flow e2e for Marketplaces)
Basic understanding of Accounting and Retail operations
