Your role in our team

Your challenge:

You develop and manage our customer-focused marketing campaigns that take users from their first click to becoming loyal customers.

You know what our customers want, analyze their behavior and create an optimal user experience based on that.

Whether CRM, CRO, Affiliate or Social Media Marketing - you keep track of all disciplines and teams and have strategic aspects but also the respective key figures firmly under control.


Your Activities:

You lead our existing teams in CRM, CRO, Social Media Marketing, Affiliate and Display Marketing, support them with your expertise, set strategic goals, drive marketing automation and constantly optimize the entire customer journey.


Keeping an eye on everything:

You skillfully manage external partners, internal stakeholders and budgets even in stressful times, without losing sight of your strategic direction and sustainable development of processes, data and tools.


Freedom:
Use creative freedom and benefit from short decision-making paths in direct exchange with the Director of Marketing.

What we offer


Profile:


Background:

You have successfully graduated in the field of economics, mathematics, international management, (media) communication with a focus on marketing or a comparable education.


Work experience:

You have at least 5 years of online marketing experience with a focus on performance & branding and at least one year in the management of a team.


Knowledge:

  • You know how to successfully manage marketing campaigns and marketing budget.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English. Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • You have stylistic and writing skills in all forms of advertising presentation.

Passion:
Numbers are your world. You are familiar with technical devices, are interested in innovations and have an excellent analytical understanding.

Personality:

With high motivation, strong team skills, proactive thinking and a healthy amount of creativity, you enjoy contributing your own ideas and helping to shape You are also a strong communicator, empathetic and an excellent motivator for your team.
