Your task:


Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - as an intern (M/F/d) you will benefit in any case from an attractive remuneration and flexible working hours.

You will support the team with the following responsible tasks:


  • Assist in researching, designing, and developing AI use cases in Human Resources that incorporate data engineering techniques and best practices
  • Collaborate with the AI and data engineering teams to collect, clean, and preprocess data for model training and validation
  • Implement machine learning algorithms and models using clean and wellstructured data pipelines
  • Work on data infrastructure tasks such as data collection, storage, and processing on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Lakeside to support AI initiatives in Human Resources
  • Document and present findings, insights, and recommendations to the team
  • Enable Agile Way of Working via supporting roles in Agile Rituals

Your Profile:


You have completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields, and are currently studying at a university with the aim of obtaining a master's degree.

In addition, you ideally have knowledge or skills concerning:


  • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and AI concepts
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or others commonly used in AI development
  • Knowledge of data engineering principles, including data collection, cleaning, transformation, and storage
  • Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and big data technologies (Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Lakeside) is advantageous
  • Confident handling of MS Office (esp. PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g. Miro)
  • Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
