Your task:

Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - as an intern (M/F/d) you will benefit in any case from an attractive remuneration and flexible working hours.

You will support the team with the following responsible tasks:

Assist in researching, designing, and developing AI use cases in Human Resources that incorporate data engineering techniques and best practices
Collaborate with the AI and data engineering teams to collect, clean, and preprocess data for model training and validation
Implement machine learning algorithms and models using clean and wellstructured data pipelines
Work on data infrastructure tasks such as data collection, storage, and processing on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Lakeside to support AI initiatives in Human Resources
Document and present findings, insights, and recommendations to the team
Enable Agile Way of Working via supporting roles in Agile Rituals

Your Profile:

You have completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields, and are currently studying at a university with the aim of obtaining a master's degree.

In addition, you ideally have knowledge or skills concerning:

Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and AI concepts
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or others commonly used in AI development
Knowledge of data engineering principles, including data collection, cleaning, transformation, and storage
Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and big data technologies (Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Lakeside) is advantageous
Confident handling of MS Office (esp. PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g. Miro)
Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
