The contract is limited until the end of March 2025. Part-time options are also available.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Provide comprehensive customer support throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to account closure
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of frontend operations
- Initiate and contribute to projects driving change and continuous improvement
- Engage in daily communication with customers, promoting bank products, explaining procedures, and negotiating rates and fees
- Manage processes of the relevant team, including bookings and information changes, with detailed workflows for the back office
- Manage necessary reporting and Ringi processes
- Provide specialized support to RMs and other departments in customer communication and frontend operations
- Assist in translating transaction materials between English, German, and Japanese
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and develop proposals
- Other tasks may be assigned if needed
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Successfully completed university studies or similar qualification
- 12 years experience in a similar position, ideally in a bank
- Very good English and Japanese skills, German is a highly advantageous
- High level of communication skills
- Good command of MS Office
- Strong team player
