THE OPPORTUNITY:

You will be well-equipped in this role with strategic decision making, data analysis, and problem solving, and in turn play a crucial part in tackling exciting challenges and pushing NavVis to the next level

People who are part of the Business team work together with experts from the fields of finance, law and logistics and take ownership of comprehensive strategic projects that equip our organization with analytical data and work closely with the leadership team to drive company-wide initiatives.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • You will support our Senior Order Management Specialist with day-to-day business and order processing
  • You will contribute to the order process and get familiar with every step of the way
  • You will ensure accurate and timely data entry into our system
  • You will validate orders and track delivery of services
  • You will ensure accurate and timely client billing according to German and international standards
  • You will collect payments from customers and accurately record it into the system
  • You will update client accounts based on payment or contact information

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

  • You are currently enrolled in a German university and studying Business Administration, Logistics or a similar field
  • Strong time management, planning and prioritization skills will enable you to handle your daytoday tasks
  • Exceptional communication skills in business English and German will enable you to communicate efficiently internally and externally with different stakeholders
  • Your are skilled at problemstructuring and collaborative problemsolving
