Clean Aviation RnT Project Leader (f/m/d)

In the Environmental Control System Domain, it is our passion to design, develop and integrate the air supply, air conditioning, ventilation, pressure control, supplemental cooling, thermal management systems,

hydrogen conditioning systems and integrated fuel cell system

s across all programs in Airbus Commercial.

Your location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Clean Aviation RnT Project,

representing Airbus accross all divisions and

will be in charge of managing one of our key supplier.


You will be working as part of a young, engaged and ambitious group of system engineers on the technological frontier to make this ambition happen.


In the execution of the projects, you will closely work together with the Clean Aviation project teams, ZEROe multi-functional team and Portfolio managers.

The

specific activities of a Clean Aviation Project Leader and supplier manager


include:

to define and to align with stakeholders appropriate project targets

to coordinate and to lead integrated multifunctional teams composed of different engineering functions, procurement and industrial

to coordinate and to follow-up actions across project stakeholders

to ensure on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery of development streams incl. associated reporting

to ensure full transparency towards internal project customers

to manage the key strategy supplier and partner interfaces, partly at their premises

to ensure risk management incl. the follow/up of associated risk mitigations

to identify project deviations in regards to project targets

to ensure the complete finalization of the project and the gathering of Lessons Learnt.

The position requires regular travels to the supplier premises.


Required skills and competences:

You have experience in all aspects of Project management (Project Lifecycle Management, Change Management, Risk Management )

You are used to work according to the AGILE Methodology

You know how to manage Stakeholder and Suppliers as well as Contracts

Your technical knowledge includes System Design and Development and Fluid Mechanic Systems

Furthermore, you gained experience in Validation and Verification (V&V), Airworthiness and Certification

You are a Teamplayer, who is Customer oriented and loves to learn and share information

You turn complex concepts into simple reality

You speak English at negotiation level, German, Spanish or French are a plus.
