The Customer Fulfillment Associate is responsible for handling our global shipping of hardware like servers, as well as generating and delivering software.

The Customer Fulfilment Associate position is part of the Customer Fulfilment Team.

This role requires a structured and customer-centric thinking, a strong sense of urgency to meet and exceed our own high standards as well as our customers' expectations in order to help Verimatrix acquire new business to fuel our rapid growth.

This job requires being in the office every business day with limited remote work possibilities.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Generating software by using preconfigured scripts and predefined set of commands
  • Delivery of software to customers and partners
  • Communicating internally across departments and externally to partners, customers and suppliers, also handling escalations
  • Organization and scheduling of procurements in a timely manner
  • Preparation of purchase orders and shipping documents
  • Planning and coordination of the hardware shipments
  • Updating Company's inventory documents to provide uptodate statuses on deliveries
  • Export customs clearance via ATLAS (German customs system)
  • Pursuing optimization of purchasing & logistics costs
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree related field or equivalent experience in Customer Support/Care, business administration or logistics
  • Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM tool is a plus
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Basic knowledge of Linux command line is a plus
  • High attention to detail
  • A strong sense of urgency, and relentless commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a "can do" attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
