Your tasks:

Understand business objectives and translate those objectives into talent needs and a hiring plan.
Help implement efficient and scalable processes for assessing and closing top talent.
Responsible for the full 360° recruitment cycle for senior positions globally.
Foster close collaboration with other departments to ensure clear understanding of business needs and collaborate with Operations colleagues to build a datadriven organization with evolving recruiting metrics and analytics that provide insights.
Provide overall leadership for a team of recruiters and act as a strong role model, providing mentorship and motivation for growth while driving a high level of performance against our hiring plans.

You have profound experience in building and managing highperformance teams.
You have an established reputation as a top performer in leading the endtoend active recruitment cycle for all levels (background in media recruiting is a plus)
You are an excellent prioritizer and flexible in adapting to and responding quickly to changing priorities and deadlines with a high sense of urgency.
You love a challenge and finding the right people is one of your favourite things to do.
You are a strong, selfconfident, decisive individual with excellent listening skills and emotional maturity.
You have excellent communication skills with good influencing, and persuasiveness skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and focus on team and individual objectives.
Fluent in English. German is a plus.
