Your Role

We are looking for a of Sensory and Consumer Insights project leader (f/m/d) who provide actionable insights to internal and external clients with systematic with information about targeted consumer groups & their needs, desires and preferences.


_ What you will do_

  • Lead SCI projects for cluster to provide actionable insights to external & internal clients systematically with information about products and targeted consumer groups preferences and ideal product sensory profiles to consumers.
  • Plan and develop project proposals and execute project objectives in line with SCI best practice and resource.
  • Provide close support to Flavorists & Applications specialists to provide creative guidance and performance feedback based on proven sensory & consumer protocols.
  • Manage sensory tests and consumer research activities to support strategic projects specific for the cluster
  • Represent SCI on customer meetings and presentations
  • Align and plan sensory tests in collaboration with sensory manager and panels
  • Analyse and interpret data to make recommendations to project stakeholders.
  • Engage in regular exchange with members of SCI team and continuously develop current best practices and research methodologies.

About You

  • University degree in Sensory/Consumer Science, Psychology or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the FMCG industry or market research agency
  • Good knowledge in Sensory and Consumer Research methodologies, Statistical knowledge
  • Being a team player
  • Well organized and flexible style of working
  • Good project management and communication skills
  • Presentation & Audience Handling Skills
  • Managing priorities and workload
  • Fluency in English
