What's the role?:

As a Technical Project Manager (M/F/d) for battery electronics (CMS, cell management system and BMS, battery management system) you will be intensively involved in the development of new functionalities (e.g.

diagnostics, safety and connectivity) and thus play a key role in shaping our batteries. With your ambition and creativity, you contribute in shaping the next generation of our advanced battery platform, NURON.

What does the role involve?:

As part of the "Cordless Systems" development team, you will work on exciting technologies in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment and ensure the start of series production of our battery systems.

You will be responsible for the industrialization of the electronic components of our batteries and take over the communication with internal and external partners as well as our international suppliers.

Your tasks include development, evaluation, and selection of technical concepts.

You will create the technical system and test specification of our products and coordinate the implementation through our development partners and suppliers.

In addition, you will also oversee the test samples and verification in close coordination with the overall project.

Technical risk management, qualification, and support for the start of series production as well as ensuring the necessary documentation are also a part of your responsibility.

Last year alone, we launched around 60 new products on the market. This also includes new services and software.

What you need is:

Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable engineering studies (diploma/master's degree)
First professional experience (min. 3 years) in the development and industrialization of electronics desired, first experience in project management advantageous
Strong technological knowledge in the field of electronics and measurement technology required (microcontrollers, communication protocols, measurement circuits, circuit diagrams and layout, etc.)
Knowledge and first practical experience in the field of lithiumion batteries advantageous
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and high goaloriented working style
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication skills in an interdisciplinary and international environment
