Main Missions
The sustainability intern will support the Sustainability Manager in various missions:

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives in the cosmetic Ingredients division.
  • Collect/create sustainability data/facts to support our marketing and communication activities (storytelling, presentations, tools )
  • Identify customers' needs, update the competition knowledge, identify gaps and make relevant recommendations.
  • Contribute to our responsible sourcing plan.
  • Identify the needs of our internal stakeholders to contribute to shape our coming activity plan and priorities.

Profile
-
Master 2 in sustainability:


  • Very good knowledge of sustainability topics and challenges
  • Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
  • First experience in the cosmetic industry

Fluent in English:


  • Perfect Use of IT tools (pack office, internet, social media )
  • Ideally, knowledge in Adobe suite
  • Project management and priorities management skills
  • Autonomy, rigor, reactivity and organization
  • Creativity, high communication skills, open minded, proactive, excellent team player, curious
