Your responsibilities and tasks:

Join our international and dedicated global HR Operations Team. To further enhance HR support to our employees and managers, our HR Operations Team is looking for an intern. You will be working from our office in Berlin and partly from home if you wish.

In this role you will be supporting the Talent Acquisition team guaranteeing a smooth operation and contribute to the success of HR Operations with advising on and taking responsibility in the recruitment process and improvements of Talent Acquisition.

To give you a better picture on the activities we have listed them below.

Roles And Responsibilities

You will support the Talent Acquisition Teams in their daily tasks
You will be responsible for generating and analyzing reports
You support Talent Acquisition Leadership with administrative tasks

Your profile and qualifications:

You are looking for a mandatory internship of at least 5 months to complete your Master's studies, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or HR
You are committed, teamoriented and have a high level of selfmotivation
You would like to get a insight into the world of a Talent Acquisition Management
You have a strong, serviceoriented way of working, as well as organizational skills and resilience
You have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent English and ideally German
