A Snapshot of Your Day

A virtual coffee round in the morning offers you the opportunity to exchange ideas with your colleagues and strengthens team building.

During the rest of the day, you have appointments to develop solutions or ideas for the tasks assigned to you, a Jour Fixe with your supervisor, where your tasks will be discussed in a 1:1 conversation, and during the whole day close exchange with colleagues from our department.

As a daily task, you are responsible for the maintenance of SharePoint, supporting us in creating presentations in PowerPoint and preparing various documents and working on multiple topics.

Every second Friday we have a team meeting to reflect on what has been achieved and discuss the next steps.

Here you take over the organization. Your input is welcome and flows into the decision-making process. You can work flexibly, in coordination with your manager, either at the Erlangen campus or in the home office.

How You'll Make an Impact

Participation through creative ideas and their implementation for the digitalization of data and related systems
Independent development of campaigns using all available media and support in rolling them out worldwide
Evaluations from Excel and Sharepoints as well as their preparation and analysis
Independently contacting our worldwide partners, clarifying and analyzing facts and preparing them ready for presentation
Independent pursuit with perseverance and result orientation of various topics in the areas of quality, environmental protection and occupational health and safety
Supporting the EQS-Team in a wide range of topics

What You Bring

Current technical or business degree (bachelor or master) or comparable
Preferably at least one academic year still available
Very good MS Office skills
Strong knowledge of home page and web presence skills
Good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
Used to working in an international environment
Strong interest in/motivation to learn about Grid Technologies and Project Management
Ability to analyze, adherence to deadlines, result and goal orientation
Motivation to join a great team with diverse employees and work together for a sustainable future
