Responsibilities:
- Supporting (virtual) training activity planning, facilitation, and followup
- Processing internal documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders, e.g., Legal, Compliance
- Supporting reporting and participant management
- Creation of presentations and learning materials
- Supporting big events inperson, e.g., congresses and workshops
- Enrolled student (M/F/d) in the field of medicine, medical technology, business, event or graphic design or similar.
- Practical experience in event management, (virtual) training courses is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Use of tools such as LMS, elearning, media tools are beneficial
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- You are characterized by your organizational talent, your own initiative, and your excellent communication skills.
- 17 EUR per hour
