We're looking for a Business Development Manager to kick-off our Partner Voucher Program at justDice. Our leading loyalty apps reward our players for playing our partner's mobile games.

Our Partner Voucher Program is going to enable our players to redeem their bonus points for premium vouchers from top e-commerce retailers, mobile brands and content owners.

We've run a series of POC tests and are now ready to shift to high-gear.

We anticipate the Partner Voucher Program to grow to become a significant contributor (+$20M) to our existing loyalty program business in the next 12 months.

In this position, you will be a key business leader at justDice and have the opportunity to fundamentally impact our future.

Tasks

  • Build out a global Partner Voucher Program from the justDice HQ in Hamburg, with a core focus on the markets US, DE, FR, UK and BR
  • Drive the conceptual and strategic development of our Partner Program
  • Acquire new major partners across top ecommerce retailers, mobile brands and content owners
  • Develop marketing concepts for brand partners, coordinate successful implementation and develop existing customer business
  • Drive the implementation of our partner offers to our endusers together with internal product teams
  • Develop new monetization formats together with the teams and continuously optimize them
  • Optimize the affiliate and partnership program revenues
  • Recognize product innovation to strategically develop our business model
  • Initiate and implement key strategic projects
  • Own your own P&L and build your team on the way
  • You will report directly to the Managing Director

Requirements:


  • You have a background in business development in a complex digital consumer business environment or management consulting
  • You have experience building new business from ideation to implementation
  • Min. 3 years leadership experience
  • Proven sales success driving revenue growth for an organization
  • Strong clientfocus, excellent communication skills and service orientation
  • Basic experience in the affiliate marketing space
  • Data is an indispensable part of your decision making
  • You're a fast learner, your work is structured and you're a strong team player
  • You are characterized by a high degree of initiative as well as creativity, commitment, organizational skills
  • Fine with a flexible work schedule to accommodate partnerships in different time zones
  • You speak and write English fluently
