    Description:
We are looking for an ambitious, open-minded and experienced person to join our team as an HR Specialist.

In this role you will be working on various topics both on the country level in Germany and on the regional level within our wider EMEA HR organisation.

If you bring good knowledge of German labor law, have experience with HR information systems and are fluent in German and English, we would love to hear from you

Requirements:


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Deep knowledge of German Labor Law
  • Fluent German and English (C1/C2 writing & speaking)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR Shared Services
  • Experience in working with an HRIS (ideally Oracle)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships within the HR org and with other departments
  • You approach tasks with an ownership mindset for both timely realization and quality of outcomes
  • You proactively seek alignment and share advice to guide stakeholders
  • You have a good sense for prioritisation and timemanagement
  • You enjoy taking the initiative and implementing improvements to finetune workflows and collaboration

Responsibilities:


  • Work approx. in a 60%/40% split between Germany and EMEA activities
  • Create and maintain employee's personal files
  • Administration of the employee database including personal and compensation data, pensions, etc.
  • Cooperate with Finance Department and other People Functions
  • Manage employee requests via our HR ticket system
  • Prepare the employment certificates, contracts, annexes
  • Update and verifiy employees' absences
  • Prepare and share reports
  • Contribute to a wide range of projects and initiatives on EMEA level
  • Act as an expert for one of our HR People processes across EMEA (Onboarding, Offboarding etc.)
