We are looking for a marketing leader to drive the marketing strategy for PA.

Promotes PA's complex range of products and services, by expanding and protecting the brands, owning and executing the marketing strategy, and supporting sales to generate demand and growth.

All with a view on market trends and competition.


Your tasks:


  • Planning and strategy to increase brand awareness and perception in the industry
  • Content and design conception as well as the concrete implementation of supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Owner of corporate brand, publications, presentations and digital templates
  • Developing, devising and controlling of marketing campaigns/activities in line with the organization's marketing strategy.
  • Collaboration with global, regional and product teams as well as agencies for content creation
  • Develop key personas and benefit messaging to be leveraged throughout the organization.
  • Select target media together with group marketing

Your profile:


  • Completed studies, ideally with a focus on marketing/ communication or a comparable qualification
  • 35+ years experience preferred
  • Background in digitalization and transformation
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a global team and reliability
  • Independent, structured and qualityoriented way of working
  • Very good German, English and MS Office skills
  • A strong aesthetic and basics of gaphic design
