Product Management Intern

Your Mission

  • You will help drive the vision of our Adecco app (hybrid PWA permitting seamless transition between web and mobile app) software platform by assisting our global product manager and participating in discussions with stakeholders from around the world.
  • You will assist our global Product Manager in collaborating with multiple crossfunctional teams (both remote and onsite) in both Product Management and Product Delivery aspects.
  • In Product Management, there would be opportunities for you to learn and work on its various facets such as Product Discovery, Value Proposition, Requirements Gathering, Prioritization and Tech Team Communication/Leadership such as Sprint Planning and Review.
  • You will also get to learn about effective communication between product team and UI/UX design team, branding team, managing different initiatives documentation and product backlog in sync to deliver with Agility.
  • On Product Delivery, you will pick up Agile Methodologies to quickly deliver value as well as essential Agile Project Management skills.

You'll need

  • Academic background in information technology, computer science, business management or equivalent studies.
  • First handson experiences in product or project management in a fastpaced environment through projects/internships.
  • IT affinity and understanding of technical challenges and Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
  • Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills with expertise in datadriven product development of software environments.
  • Good knowledge of how product, business, and tech best work together.
  • Customer centricity and genuine concern for the user experience.
  • Fluency in English (German is NOT required)
