WHAT YOU DO

  • As Director Strategy, you create futureproof, strategic models and concepts
  • You develop, lead and mentor the strategy team and coordinate with all other departments
  • You track and report on resources and project allocation
  • You contribute and participate in high level issues such as the steering board, process development and management exchange
  • You prepare, facilitate and follow up on various workshops
  • You develop the communication and relationship with our client by supporting common client questions and identifying potentially relevant issues beyond tickets and briefings
  • You want to break the status quo with strong ideas and new ways of thinking

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have several years of relevant professional experience as a Strategy Director
  • You lead your team in a collaborative and motivational way and act as a role model
  • You have broad expertise and experience in brand, creative and business strategy as well as digital strategy
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills and know how to tell stories using PowerPoint
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our daytoday business
