We are in search of an accomplished Senior Product Designer (M/F/d) to take a lead role in shaping the user experience and design strategy of a revolutionary AI-powered SaaS platform.

As part of a fully remote Swiss stealth startup, you will join a team of European industry experts in AI, SaaS, marketing, and PR, contributing to developing a cutting-edge technology platform.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and user experience for an AIpowered B2B SaaS platform, with a stronger focus on UI enhancements.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including product, engineering, growth, and data science.
Engage in handson product design, building new features and designs aligned with specific user requirements.
Work closely with both frontend and backend engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.
Identify and address specific user requirements through close interaction with endusers.
The role is less strategy/researchorientated, but is more focused on the further development of the product and features. Currently, 50% UX / 50% UI requirements.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer with a handson approach to building products.
Proven track record of designing successful B2B SaaS products.
A strong portfolio highlighting UX/UI design expertise.
Experience building and implementing new features based on specific user requirements.
Experience in the development of AI products is a plus.
Experience in working with Figma is required
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.

Eager to learn, adaptable, passionate, and dedicated.
Independent and selfdriven.
