For a friendly and lovely Mum living in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, we are looking for a
English or German speaking Nanny to care for herson (
11mo) in the afternoons after KiTa (three tram stops away from the family home) and ideally one evening per week.

Mum is a solo parent transitioning back into work from February.

Depending on the Nanny's availability the hours could be scheduled to cover KiTa pick-up, afternoon support or evening support (flexible).

The position will be sole charge.

You will spend time with the children at home or outdoors, depending on the weather.

Duties include providing a safe and nurturing environment for the child, being proactive in researching and organizing stimulating, age-appropriate activities, preparing healthy meals and providing a nurturing environment to further his development.

The family is looking to build a close, long term relationship with the Nanny.

The home's atmosphere is calm and the family hope to find an experienced, long term carer to support them in maintaining their systems.

The family is playful, have an open communication style and like to spend time outdoors, at the same time they are firm with routines and respectful behaviour.

The family is happy to also contribute towards a travel card.

This is a long-term position from
8 hours per week.

To accommodate for this unique schedule compensation on offer starts at
538 EUR gross per month or 24€/hour for a freelance Nanny depending on your experience and qualifications (negotiable, together with extra holiday allowance and other perks).

The family could consider a Midi Job for more hours/compensation if need be.
