YOUR ROLE:

Opportunity to get insights and firsthand experience on a variety of our workstreams, such as intelligence, investigations, crisis management, threat management, operational security
Working with senior managers on an inhouseprocessreview project, including the steering of selected subprojects
Interviewing process owners, assessing process effectiveness and efficiency levels, codeveloping recommendations, documenting results and assisting in project management
Networking with other governance functions and regional services at Henkel

YOUR SKILLS:

Student who has successfully passed first semesters with focus on business administration, security management, political science or similar majors
First practical or international experiences such as internships, student initiatives or semester abroad is appreciated
Very good German and English language skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ethical, curios and purposedriven
Agile, analytical and problemsolving mindset, eager to learn and willing to take on responsibilities quickly
