We are looking for a Business Controller, located in Frankfurt, to mainly support our Supply Chain organization by acting as the sparing partner between this organization and the Controlling department.


What will you do:

  • Responsible for the analysis and reporting of Sourcing, Warehouse and Logistic and Quality organizations in Building Solutions Europe division
  • Analyses and provides relevant business and financial information to the management and uses this information to participate in planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Works as business partner for managers to support decision making and prepares and challenges financial plans and estimates for future business plans, budget and strategy
  • Monitors and analyses monthly development against plans and prepares performance reports
  • Identifies improvement potentials within business and reporting fields

What will you need:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in relevant field 5 years' experience of working in Business Controlling in international environment, experience in the area of Supply Chain is highly valued
  • Strong technical financial management skills including experience of financial and operational analysis, budgeting, forecasting
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Ability to add value to the business and having proactive mindset
  • Strategic capability able to see the big picture and identify underlying drivers
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Fluent in English.
