For our International Cooperation Department in Hamburg, Germany we are looking for one

Your tasks

Expenditureincome control and ongoing project financial planning in collaboration with the project subteam.
Management and monitoring of the finances of publicly and privately funded humanitarian and development aid projects

This includes:

Preparation and review of project budgets, financial statements, and funding requirements
Preparation of budgets as well as financial interim and final reports for current and new projects
Ensuring compliance with donor guidelines (AA, BMZ, EU, UN organisations, private donors)
Support country offices and project partners in the financial management of projects and compliance with the donor guidelines
Preparation and support of audits as well as support in contract management

Profile:

Completed training or comparable qualification (Bachelor) with a focus on finance or controlling
Experience in project accounting or use of project funds from public clients is an advantage
Knowledge of ITbased project management systems (e.

B. SAP, MS Dynamcis 365)

Affinity for numbers and very good KNOWLEDGE of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Very good English, and Good Spanish & German language skills
Experience abroad is an advantage
