SW&C Sales Strategy & Execution Leader
full-time| perm | location: Leipzig, Vienna, Wallisellen, Luxembourg, Brussels, Amsterdam, London DACH, Benelux or UK | start: immediately
We are looking for a SW&C Sales Strategy & Execution leader to define, articulate and implement SOD von 's strategy and plan for selling Software & Cloud in partnership with the regions and the countries.
The role will determine which SW&C products should be sold to which customers to drive global revenue, maintain a positive customer experience, while outpacing our competitors.
While in this role, the leader will also gain a deep understanding of SOD von 's Software & Cloud operations, procurement processes, supplier strategy and product and rice data management.

Das Aufgabengebiet
Sales and Go-to Market Strategy
- Help drive the SW&C transformation by setting sales strategies and associated sales motions to boost global SW&C sales/revenue growth, while keeping the customer experience in mind
- Engage with global leaders and enablers where appropriate to refine SW&C sales strategies to account for regional nuances and customer expectations
- Partner closely with Hyperscaler (i.e., Microsoft, AWS, Google) program managers where appropriate to ensure alignment on strategy
- Engage with service line leaders to ensure strategies are in alignment with and enable crosssell & upsell
- Develop associated customer pitches
- Where possible, ensure sales strategy and associated motions are digitized to enable efficiencies and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with wider Sales, Operations, Marketplace, and Marketing teams to align and effectively enable strategies and motions both internally and with customers
- Understand key publisher (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe) activities & trends to proactively address SW&Crelated changes, incorporate them into the overall sales strategy and successfully land them with mínimal seller and customer disruption
- Review existing customer data to develop forecasts and trends to further refine sales strategies Identify and monitor key KPIs, understand gaps/misses, and course correct
- Partner with Global Sales Operations for sales enablement and to ensure sales motions will land successfully with sellers from an incentive and quota perspective
- In partnership with the SW&C Service & Process Design Lead, help design the portfolio and delivery model for the SW&C business
- Show, design, develop and help implement processes and services based on new or existing business requirements
- Help drive process digitalization to increase efficiency and improve the overall turnaround time as well as customer experience
Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten
- 8+ years proven experience and ability in enterprise software & cloud sale and technology within a fastpaced and dynamic B2B environment
- Ability to build a vision, strategy & plan that can scale quickly
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft business and programs as Microsoft is one of our largest publishers
- Prior experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and sales motions with a proven ability to successfully lead sales towards growth in sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation, while displaying exceptional lateral leadership skills
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to all levels
- Ability to work with all levels of an organization from Clevel to individual contributors, and leading leaders
- Experience collaborating with global teams
- Experience in evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Strategical and "hands on" mindset and experience
- Motivated selfstarter, proactive and actionoriented with experience driving strategic initiatives
