E.ON is further developing its Energy Markets organization and activities.

Shaping and leading a reward strategy for this new organization as well as running the various reward processes is key for the company in order to attract, retain, engage and motivate employees while remaining consistent with our values.


A job that inspires

  • Design, implementation, management and further development of the reward framework of E.ON's Energy Markets organization in line with the overall business strategy and philosophy
  • Run the yearly bonus scheme and pay & performance cycle of the Energy Markets organization and preparation of the quarterly Bonus Committee
  • Benchmark market data in order to develop longterm Reward strategies and to stay competitive on the labour market
  • Central contact for all reward topics related to the Energy Market organization of E.ON and ensuring a consistent and aligned approach on all Energy Markets Reward processes within the E.ON group
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders and consultants
  • Ensure that compensation processes for the Energy Markets organization are lean, customer oriented and fit for future considering relevant market trends
  • Prepare reports and documents for different stakeholder on Top Executive & Board level

A convincing background

  • Relevant university degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of Executive
    HR and Reward experience in an international energy trading environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of compensation & benefits schemes and tools (Incentive Schemes, Job Grading, Benchmarking, etc.)

  • HRIS (especially SAP, Success Factors) experience and proficiency of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) required
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of organizational models and business strategy
  • Project management skills with an understanding of business concepts related to compensation programs, strategic acumen and high level of assertiveness
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
  • Business fluency in English mandatory, German is beneficial
