Your Role

Support the growth of the Multifunctional range (one of the most dynamic markets in cosmetic ingredients) by coordinating formulation projects & new product development in collaboration with product managers
Proactively propose solutions to problems and creative ideas in line with business needs
Follow the trends in the cosmetics market in terms of formulation (eg. using Mintel database, )
Coordinate PET and other studies with the micro labs
Interact with the other labs to support customers
Ensure the good lab functioning
Contact with other raw material supplier, order internal and external raw materials and other labs supplies
Control and maintenance of laboratory equipment

About You

Completed bachelor or master degree in Chemistry / Cosmetology
Experienced in technologies especially in personal care formulation work (emulsion W/O and O/W; gelbased products; surfactantbased products)
Used to work in a team and target oriented
Fluency in English, both oral and written
Proficient in MS Office, SAP and other special systems
