Your Role- Support in user-centric development of new digital solutions enhancing the value of the ZEISS offering, including quantitative and qualitative validation- Take over responsibility for small work packages and become an integral part of our cross-functional teams of business experts, UX/UI designers, developers and engineers- Perform competition, technology, customer and market research for the identification and evaluation of trend developments- Conceptualize and prepare cross-departmental workshops, incorporating different innovation methods like design thinking- Create presentation and communication material- Present your results to key stake holders and decision makers

Your Profile- Successfully completed at least 3 years of study, preferably with a background in business, natural sciences, business informatics or (business) engineering, with excellent university grades- Gained first (internship) experience in the corporate, startup, or management consulting world- Passion for digital technologies, market trends, economic developments and ZEISS' products and markets- Ability to work in an independent, goal
- and output-oriented manner paired with a "can do" attitude
