Working Student Global Talent Acquisition (f/m/d)
Hybrid based in Bonn (DE).

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?**- Great learning journey in an global, fast paced and hyper growth SaaS (Software as a Service) company, headquarter in Bonn (GE)

Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team in different stages of the recruitment process.
Reviewing and analysis of important KPIs as well as the preparation of reports and presentations for the Talent Acquisition department.
Flexible working hours will allow you to successfully balance your studies and work, expected working hours approximately 20 hours per week

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
?

You are enrolled student in Human Resources, Marketing, Commerce, Business Analytics or similar.
You are highly motivated, enthusiastic about recruitment and hiring.
You have strong analytical skills (e.g Excel), experience with reporting and data analysis is an advantage.
You like to develop new ideas, have a handson mentality, go through the world with open eyes and enjoy working in a team.
Previous internship experience in a related field will be an advantage, but not a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a nice to have.
