Call Center Agents/Customer Support Associates to join our driven operations team to make sure our operations run smoothly.

What to expect in the role:
This full-time position involves working 40 hours per week, with no overtime.
You have the flexibility to start between 8 am and 9 am and finish your day between 4 pm and 5 pm.
You should bring:
- Native/fluent German skills, as a large part of our customers speak German.
- Internship/experience or interest in customer service or sales.
- Basic IT skills and an interest in familiarizing yourself with new systems (e.g., Zendesk, Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom).
Seen as a plus, NOT requirements:
- Basic-level English skills, as English is our internal company language.
- Experience working in a growth company.
