In Bad Muender, Germany, we are looking for a highly qualified Finance and Accounting Assistant to support our Finance team in the European Shared Services Center.
A glimpse of your daily mission:
- Monthly/Yearly Closing support (A-Z)
- Manage and verify all expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Handling post office tasks if needed
- Registering Invoices (SAP)
- Book keeping (SAP)
- Working closely with the Chief Accountant and support audit requirements
- SAP support, continuous training, gathering knowledge and use it in business life
- Prepare process documentations (SAP mainly)
Your Qualifications:
- Economics/Finance degree
- Strong AP and/or accounting skills
- Good communication skills
- Profound excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadline
- Businessfluent in German and English
- Optional: registered (live) chartered accountant qualification
- Optional: SAP skills
