How you'll spend your time

You will play an integral part to our DACH business as a Senior Legal Counsel and be part of our global legal department, reporting directly to the Group General Counsel.

Contract Negotiation and Review - as Senior Legal Counsel you will provide sophisticated legal advice to various stakeholders in their day-to-day business, particularly in connection with the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of service and software development contracts with clients.

This will be a client facing role.

Legal and Regulatory Advisory - this role will play an important part in ensuring compliance and advisory on regulatory matters.

You will actively participate in complex client projects with business partners. As a senior in the team, you will Conduct internal training on specific legal topics

Agile working - when faced with challenge you can be flexible, and solution orientated. You can manage your time efficiently for particular projects.

What is important to us?

Master's degree in law, preferably from a University in Germany or Austria
Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation mainly in the area of tailored service and software solutions for clients
Years of relevant experience inhouse or in a law firm in advising on commercial contracts (such as Master Services Agreement), IP, corporate and other legal matters
Sound compliance knowledge
Being fluent both in German and English is a must
Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
Able to work remote and selforganized
Affinity to IT/IP law and very good understanding of the legal aspects in the context of the Zühlke business model (service provider)
Able to drive projects and deliver against set timelines
