RESPONSIBILITIES

As soon as possible, you will support trinamiX GmbH in a varied role as Team Leader Customer Support IR Sensing & Spectroscopy Solutions.


  • You will take over the technical and disciplinary management of an international team and motivate and inspire your team to perform at their best in order to increase the satisfaction of our customers.
  • This includes the organization and implementation of appraisal interviews, employee planning/workforce management and further development.
  • Moreover, you will continuously optimize business processes to actively increase productivity and customer satisfaction, representing the interests of our customers internally.
  • You will take over the controlling and evaluation of key figures and become the point of contact for the special, sometimes challenging concerns of our customers, represent them across teams and take responsibility for complaint management.
  • Furthermore, you will support us in setting up and further developing our firstclass support offering, also nationwide.
  • In doing so, you represent the company to the customer and are responsible for their support satisfaction.
  • Last but not least, you will also be responsible for developing solutions for problem cases, documenting in coordination with internal product specialists and maintaining our Customer Relation Management System (CRM).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, information technology or a comparable field of engineering
- experienced handling of customer service key figures (KPI), MS Office and the CRM system Salesforce
- several years of experience in customer support and project management as well as the methods behind them
- ideally, initial experience in the technical management of interdisciplinary project teams
- customer
- and solution-oriented as well as proactive and independent way of working
- service-oriented, friendly and always professional behavior
- personality with hands-on mentality and strong communication skills in German and English
