We are looking for a Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products.

Tasks

Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research
Identify new product improvement opportunities
Analyse how a new product satisfies market needs and customer preferences.
Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
Work closely with product managers to suggest improvements for products and processes
Present product design ideas to the product team and steak holders.
Build and expand our design system
Create information architectures for our products

Requirements:

Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wire framing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional team members
Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
Creative problemsolving skills
Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
Strong experience in creating design systems
Strong experience working with Figma
A good understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
Speaking German is a plus
