ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Working Student - Online Marketing CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) who will support us in the enhancement and development of our websites and landing pages for marketing traffic.

You will receive insights in hypothesis-driven A/B testing, user research and landing page optimization.

As a Working Student - Online Marketing CRO, you will...

Support in conceptualizing, setting up and evaluating A/B tests
Enhance and develop our web experience based on UX guidelines
Set up and maintain new content via our content management system (CMS)
Create adhoc analysis and reports based on our web analytics tool

Basic Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a fulltime degree program at a state accredited university in Berlin or Brandenburg and have at least 1 year of their studies left
You have a high affinity to digital businesses and online marketing
You are able to work selfdependently and in a structured and reliable manner
You already worked with a Content Management system (CMS) or know basic HTML
Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

First knowledge of A/B testing and web analytics is a plus
Fluency in German, French, Spanish or Italian is a plus
You are eager to gain new knowledge and learn new tools independently
You know basic user experience rules and ideally have some background in psychology, communication or marketing

Our offer:

Student position for 20h per week
Compensated with 15.87€ per hour
Contribution on the longrun (ideally 1 to 2 years) as a fullyfledged team member
