Responsibilities:

Full-scale SAP support and order control as well as content checks (time confirmations, managing networks, clarifying incoming orders with interfaces)

Evaluate personnel & resource planning via SAP Analytics

Interface with sales and production, coordination via order control

Coordinate order preparation (are all necessary documents for order processing completely available)

Coordinate coordination within the Supply Systems department between Engineering, Design, Documentation and Q-Planning as well as Product Management

Team board responsibility (KPI/Order Forecast, drive maintenance, organisation)

Organisational tasks such as processing mailbox KLS_ES, coordinating appointments and distributing information to the groups

Process responsibility for the ES department in Signavio

Development, implementation and permanent management of a continuous improvement system using LEAN and SCRUM

Qualifications:
Completed university studies or completed commercial or technical training, preferably with professional experience in the field of supply systems

Several years of professional experience in German and English-speaking environments

Office Excellence:
Coordination responsibility for department ES

Knowledge of LEAN / SCRUM

Business fluent German and very good English skills

Good SAP knowledge

High degree of detail orientation, proactive and independent working style

High willingness to learn and to work hard

Strong "hands-on" mentality, assertiveness, reliability and professional appearance
