Airbus Helicopters is looking for a


IM Solution Architect for Integration & Digital Platforms (d/f/m)


You will join the Integration & Digital Platforms Product Service Line within the Information Management directorate, which is a key part of the entire IM performance of Airbus Helicopters and a core pillar for the AH transformation activities.


Based on your experience as an architect for integration & digital platforms, you will be a key actor in IM projects with a focus on our NewERP Program and DDMS for the years to come.


Your location


At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product.

Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Be the technical leader for the design and the decisions regarding technical solutions and recommend alternatives when needed
  • Be responsible for the integration part in the Architecture Requirements Dossier (ARD)
  • Define and maintain patterns,, best practices and golden rules in the integration of software solutions
  • Support the Product Service Lines Product Managers on technical projects (e.g. DevOps implementation) and issues on their product platforms (e.g. improving platform monitoring)
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
  • Ensure the security in the data interoperability by providing the right recommendations, liaising with the IM Security department

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Engineer's degree (or equivalent) in IT or a related discipline.
  • Indepth knowledge of integration & interface solutions, tools and standards (e.g. REST, HATEOAS)
  • Indepth knowledge of IT technical infrastructure components related to integration patterns
  • Past experience in middleware, development and other related technologies (e.g. TIBCO ESB)
  • Team spirit
  • Advanced level of English
