Service Support Technician Weller - Besigheim

Key Responsibilities:

Technical support (telephone / online) of Weller soldering and filtration products
Independent supervision of existing support contracts incl. reporting in the ticketing system
Onsite support of customer projects (if required)
Technical contact person for Weller soldering and filtration products
Carrying out general service work inhouse and at the customer's site
Assist in the development of customized service and support solutions especially regarding Industry 4.0 or IoT solutions
Assist in projects and actively participate in the development / specification of the right solution or product
Conduct technical, productrelated training for sales staff and customers

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

Completed electrical training, preferably further training as a statecertified technician specializing in electrical engineering, mechatronics or IT
Several years of professional experience in customer service (by telephone and on site)
Travel activity of up to 30%
Fluent German and English language skills
