Evaluation of Algorithms for Radar Signal Processing
-
Being strong together: Collaborate with a joint team of algorithm/AI specialists and digital designers to evaluate various algorithms for processing radar data
-
Data is everything: Assess the performance of these algorithms based on criteria such as accuracy, sensitivity, precision, efficiency, and hardware implementability

Dataset Collection and Labeling
-
Experience research: Take charge of collecting radar recordings in a controlled laboratory environment to facilitate algorithm evaluation
-
Take responsibility: Develop and implement a recording setup capable of reproducibly gathering data from diverse radar sensors
-
Study Field: You are currently enrolled in computer science, electrical engineering, or a similar program
-
Skills: You already have (basic) knowledge of signal processing, AI, and digital design
-
Experience: You are familiar with Python or MATLAB
-
Working Style: You like to work methodical and structured
-
Language skills: You are fluent in English. German skills are a plus

Important information:

Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.

You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
