Summary Statement:

The student trainee position in the
Academy Service & Online Learning department of the Global Academy allows you to get to know the day-to-day business of a globally active company.

We are looking for you to join our team
immediately with 20 hours per week. We always offer the possibility to work from your home office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

In this role you accompany the global rollout plan of the learning management system
You contribute to projects in the area of elearning/blended learning and support the visualization of projects
You will model business processes for training and certification with different tools and notations (BPMN 2.0, data flow diagrams, EPK's,...)
You are also part of the project documentation
You support data backup, reporting and system maintenance (e.g. upload of training materials)
You help the team with the validation of the system

Profile:

You are a student (Bachelor or Master) of computer science, business informatics, new media or a comparable field of study
You ideally already have some practical experience with IT systems/digital learning formats such as elearning, blended learning and new learning technologies
You are proficient in the common MS-Office tools, especially MS-Excel and Power-Point
You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
You like to work independently and in a structured way and contribute to the team
