This is a full-time position in the Investment team of the Wealth Management division in Germany.
The team creates and presents investment publications, podcasts and interviews to sell the Bank's investment offering to its prospects and clients via multiple channels.
The role will be based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, with some travel and with a degree of flexibility regarding home / work arrangements (2 days / 3 days).
Good people skills are essential as the role requires collaborating with a wide range of people internally and externally in person or virtually.
The role will report to the Co-Head of Portfolio Management.As part of the Switzerland Bank's investment offering the team is expected to support the strategic cross-selling of products from Merchant Banking (private equity and debt funds), Asset Management (thematic funds); and Global Advisory (investor advisory) services.
Responsibilities:
- Leading on the delivery of all Investment related publications After-Sales and Market Communications internally to Client Advisers and externally to Prospects and Clients for Rothschild & Co Wealth Management Germany.
- Work together with the Switzerland communication team and collaborating with investment teams across Discretionary, Advisory and Private Market offerings in the delivery of investment content.
- Own and build a strategic content pipeline for delivery of investment communications and obtain signoff from senior management, working closely with the Head of Wealth Management, Germany, the Co-Head of Portfolio Management, Germany, and Head of Communications, Switzerland. Coordinate with the Bank's PR Agency on the strategic development of investment content for media publishing and expansion of scope.
- Tailor and deliver investment communications which support different regional needs.
- Podcasts
- Planning, storyboarding and interviewing investment specialists to create engaging investment content.
- Presenting presenting regularly at our investment meetings to sales teams on latest developments across the investment platform.
- Build up the social media presence (e. g. LinkedIn)
- Project work related to Communication and IT.
- Relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in financial services
- Diligence in managing projects and a very strong attention to detail
- Strong writing and presentation skills with experience in publishing
- Strong sense of creativity as well as organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask
- Excellent in German and English
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with business units across
- Flexibility, "cando" attitude, seeking continuous service improvement, high quality standards
