Cost Controller (f/m/d):

Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for fundamental cost lines within the group
Yearly and monthly closing, with a focus on accrual analysis and variance analysis
Key performance indicators development and control
Annual plan preparation and monthly revisit and update
Use benchmarking and analytics to support and challenge the business departments to improve budget management, processes and systems
Support the Head of the department on adhoc analysis, projects, reporting and analysis

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Business Administration, Science Engineering or similar field.
Professional training with focus in finance, management, accounting and /or any other relevant area.
Ideally having 4 to 7 years of experience within Planning and Controlling DepartmentPrevious experience in accounting or controlling in the shipping industry is preferable
Very good English language skills (English is our company language.)
Detail oriented and high organizational skills are required
Deep knowledge of MS Office, reporting systems and planning tools like Oracle & Hyperion as well as QlikView and or Power BI
