Our sister company, Nu Instruments is a market leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance mass spectrometers, with a portfolio that includes Multi-Collector ICP-MS, Time-of-Flight ICP-MS, High Resolution ICP-MS, Glow Discharge Mass Spectrometry, Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry, Gas Analysis Mass Spectrometry and Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometry.

We are looking for an import/export specialist (M/F/d) for our headquarter to start as soon as possible

Your tasks

Timely dispatch of spare parts, repair orders and marketing material
Order processing using BaaN
Creation of all necessary documents
Control of scope of delivery, organization of packaging
Scheduling of shipping, creation of shipping documents
Creation of customs and export documents
Letter of credit / collection processing
Creation of Intrastat statistics

- inventory work

Control of freight orders and invoices

Profile:

You have completed commercial training
You are familiar with the use of modern standard software
You have already worked with an ERP system
Confident mastery of letter of credit and collection processing is desirable
You are a team player and communicate confidently in German and English
