About the job
Your Role
As a senior learning and development specialist you will be a key player in driving our organization's learning culture by supporting performance management measures, implementing transformative training programs, and nurturing career growth opportunities.
Within emnify's L&D department, you will work closely with the Director of L&D to revolutionize emnify's approach to learning and growth by instilling a vibrant learning culture that supports emnify's performance-oriented culture.
With your profound understanding of how people learn and your experience in instructional design, you will craft engaging and transformative training programs that elevate our workforce's capabilities.
As a collaborative partner, you will work hand-in-hand with the organization to map out career paths, ensuring seamless growth opportunities for our talented team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement learning strategies and programs, and promote a dynamic learning culture within the organization.
- Design and develop transformative training programs to enhance the capabilities of our workforce.
- Partner with the organization to map out career paths, ensuring continuous growth opportunities for team members.
- Design experience management strategies and implementation roadmaps linked to company purpose.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Oversee performance management and project management for learning and development initiatives, ensuring improved employee performance and successful execution.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in L&D, performance management, project management.
- Experience in designing learning programs and pathways (instructional design).
- Be businessminded, a strong team player, and adaptable to support other projects when required.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- You have developed several learning programs for different levels of positions.
- Passion for development, you get excited when thinking about (E)learning & development and helping our employees grow.
