Here, you can learn, contribute, and gain valuable experience in diverse areas of compliance and sustainability. Help us promote and ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies and self-set standards within our group of companies.

Exciting tasks are waiting for you:

Policy and procedure review: Support in the review and update of compliance policies and procedures.
Monitoring and reporting: Help monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations and learn how to create meaningful reports.
Continuous improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of our compliance program and initiatives with an emphasis on ESG topics.
Training and education: Collaboration in the design and implementation of workshops, training courses and other awarenessraising measures.
Communication: Assist in communicating compliancerelated information and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Regulatory research: Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Special projects and more: Work on special projects as assigned, including support in various administrative and organizational activities.

This is what you can offer:

Personality: Good communication skills, solution-driven mindset, service mentality and openness to work in a multicultural environment.
It ́s international: You demonstrate strong intercultural skills and an excellent command of German and English. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
MS Office: You have a good command of the MS Office package.
