Job Objective:

Act as a customer advocate throughout the development process by being a great sparring partner for your fellow designers, product owners & managers and business stakeholders.

As a UX/UI Designer you will be shaping our design system helping us in making our digital products best in class by visually delivering solutions which exceed our customers' needs and expectations.

You will be working within a cross-functional setup and a big part of your job will be in collaboration, consultation and documentation of the design systems to our product teams.

Job Description:

Improve how design operates: Plan the building, versioning, documentation and maintenance of a component library of the design system as key to ensure a smooth operation to your fellow product managers and engineers and assure future scalability
Discover unmet needs for our products: Identify opportunities to make them more powerful and usable
Set the standards for how our experiences look & feel: Design humancentered solutions throughout concepts of user flows, wireframes, screen designs or interactive prototypes that visualize complex processes in selfexplaining & aesthetic solutions
You always keep an eye on the feasibility of your concepts and ensure the technical realization in coordination with the development team

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in creating and implementing UX & Service Design. Experience in the E-Commerce area is of advantage
Degree in UX design or a UXrelated discipline (UX design, visual design, communication design, computer science, psychology, etc.)
Experienced in creating prototypes & wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps and familiar with visual design and wireframing tools such as: Figma, Adobe XD, HTML, CSS etc.
You are familiar with agile product development and are aware which customer needs and business processes are important in digital commerce
Up to date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies
Strong communication skills, curious, customeroriented & handson mentality
Passion for Sports and Tech is very welcome
