Your Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing a project portfolio management framework, including prioritization and selection criteria, to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
Overseeing project governance, including providing guidance on project selection, approval, and prioritization, as well as monitoring and controlling project performance and progress
Managing the overall project budget, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication for the project portfolio
Leading and mentoring project managers and agile coaches, and providing ongoing support to help them deliver successful projects
Establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and tools to improve project delivery efficiency and effectiveness
Optimizing processes and procedures to continuously improve project management practices and ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards

Your Profile:

Project management certification, such as Prince2, PMP or IPMA
10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
5+ years of experience in establishing and implementing project management standards and procedures
5+ years of experience in leading and managing project teams
3+ years of experience in managing project portfolios, including developing and implementing a project portfolio management framework, overseeing project governance, and managing project budgets and resource allocation
Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience in optimizing processes and procedures to continuously improve project management practices and ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide project managers and agile coaches, and to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
