Your Responsibilities:


  • Developing and implementing a project portfolio management framework, including prioritization and selection criteria, to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
  • Overseeing project governance, including providing guidance on project selection, approval, and prioritization, as well as monitoring and controlling project performance and progress
  • Managing the overall project budget, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication for the project portfolio
  • Leading and mentoring project managers and agile coaches, and providing ongoing support to help them deliver successful projects
  • Establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and tools to improve project delivery efficiency and effectiveness
  • Optimizing processes and procedures to continuously improve project management practices and ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards

Your Profile:


  • Project management certification, such as Prince2, PMP or IPMA
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
  • 5+ years of experience in establishing and implementing project management standards and procedures
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and managing project teams
  • 3+ years of experience in managing project portfolios, including developing and implementing a project portfolio management framework, overseeing project governance, and managing project budgets and resource allocation
  • Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in optimizing processes and procedures to continuously improve project management practices and ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide project managers and agile coaches, and to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
