WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As Project Coordinator - UEFA EURO 2024 you will play a pivotal role in coordinating various aspects of the event, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional experiences to participants and attendees.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of one of the most prestigious sporting events in Europe.

In this role you will actively
- **Collaborate** with the project management team to develop and implement detailed plans for UEFA EURO 2024, ensuring all aspects of the event are considered, such as logistics, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, suppliers, and partners involved in the event. Act as a central point of contact for communication, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned with project goals and requirements.

Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets, track expenses, and coordinate with finance teams to ensure financial compliance. Provide regular updates on the budget status and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Create and maintain project timelines, critical paths, and milestones, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed within the established deadlines. Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.

Manage event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, catering, equipment rentals, and other necessary arrangements. Ensure all logístical requirements are met to guarantee smooth operations during the event.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including event managers, marketing, design, and production teams, to ensure seamless integration of all event elements. Foster effective communication, provide guidance, and promote a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Identify potential risks, develop risk management plans, and proactively address challenges to minimize their impact on project success. Implement effective contingency plans and troubleshoot issues as they arise during the event.

Monitor and evaluate the execution of project activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations. Collect feedback from stakeholders, participants, and attendees, and identify opportunities for improvement in future events.
