- Assist in the development of automated PMO tools and reports.
- Support daily project work by developing solutions to drive efficiencies such as automated data transfer between CAD/PLM/ERP/MFG systems and documents.
- Support data analysis for short- and long-term planning under guidance.
- Support the creation of weekly and monthly PMO metric reports using dashboards and metrics to measure success.
- Assist in the development of the project charter and Gantt charts using reporting tools and data.
- Assist in the creation of risk register and risk management plans for programs.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of resource tracking tools.
- Complete assigned tasks according to established timeline.
